Say NO to focus groups!


Don't get me started. Nothing is more frustrating than seeing the use of focus groups. In order to make everyone happy and to reach a consensus, you'll end up with a watered down, generic brand. Always. The best, most successful companies like Apple, Google, Facebook and hundreds of others have never used focus groups. Instead, build your brand on feasibility, not public sentiment. Have you ever gone anywhere because they "have something for everyone"?
